Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

First Session Solutions, Inc. ("First Session Solutions," "we," "us") operates www.firstsessionsolutions.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies only to the Site and the information you give us through it, such as a demo request or contact form.

It does not apply to:

  • Our care-coordination platform and portals. Use by law firms, providers, and our team is governed by the agreements those parties sign with us.
  • Patient health information. Health information about individuals receiving care is handled under HIPAA, our business associate agreements, and the Notice of Privacy Practices of each treating provider. If you are a patient, contact your provider or care coordinator about your records.

Please do not send health or medical information through the Site's forms. They are for business inquiries only.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or request a demo, we collect your role (for example, law firm or healthcare provider), company or firm name, contact name, business email, phone number, and anything you write in your message. Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox.

Information collected automatically. The Site does not use cookies, analytics, or other tracking technologies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to operate and secure the Site.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule demos
  • Evaluate and set up business relationships with law firms and providers
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Send you information about our services, if you ask us to or we have a business relationship (you can opt out anytime)
  • Comply with law and protect our rights

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host and email provider, under contracts that limit their use of the data
  • Affiliated companies under common ownership, to respond to your inquiry or provide services you request
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of us or others
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or other tracking technologies. If we add any, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, then delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us through the Site, and you can opt out of marketing email using the link in any message.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your data or appealing a decision we make on your request. To make a request, email info@firstsessionsolutions.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site.

10. Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we don't control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and we will give additional notice of material changes where required.
