Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of www.firstsessionsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by First Session Solutions, Inc. ("First Session Solutions," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about our care-coordination services for personal injury law firms and healthcare providers. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. No medical advice or care

We are a care-coordination and administrative services company. We do not practice medicine or provide clinical care. Treatment is provided by independent, licensed providers who make their own clinical decisions.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and using the Site does not create a provider–patient relationship. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

3. No legal advice

We are not a law firm. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, and using the Site does not create an attorney–client relationship. Descriptions of our records and documentation do not guarantee any outcome in a legal matter, including the admissibility or weight of any record.

4. No offer of funding or coverage

Statements on the Site about costs, insurance, or helping cover care are general descriptions only. They are not an offer, commitment, or guarantee of payment, funding, or coverage. Any financial arrangement is subject to eligibility, clinical need, and a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false information, or another person's information without authority
  • Submit protected health information through the Site's forms
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access to any system
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest Site content or data by automated means without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. "First Session Solutions" and our logos are our trademarks. You may view and print Site pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Your submissions

When you send us information through the Site, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept them.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
